Dr. Kong joined San Diego Imaging Medical Group in 2016.  He is Board Certified with the American Board of Radiology.  Dr. Kong received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He earned his Medical Degree at The Chicago Medical School and completed a Medicine Internship at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.  Following completion of his Diagnostic Radiology residency at North Shore University Hospital in New York, he received his Fellowship training in Neuroradiology at the Barrow Neurologic Institute in Phoenix, Arizona.  Dr. Kong spent 3 years as Program Director of the Emergency Radiology Fellowship at the University of Cincinnati before joining San Diego Imaging.
